QUALITIES OF COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSE

1. Educational qualification must be necessary there is a diploma in general nursing and she
should be registered with state nursing council and INC.
2. Nurse should have good communication skills, she should be a good speakers, interviewer
and good teacher.
3. She should have good communication skill.
4. She should have ability to observe physical, mental and emotional status of people.
5. She should have ability to recognize sign and symptoms of disease.
6. She should be capable to access health level of individual, family community.
7. She should have ability to lead and take decision according to situation.
8. She should have managerial abilities.
9. She should have knowledge of available resources and health problem in a community.
10. She should physically and mentally fit.
