because body shaming will never end completely...
Instead of feeling guilty because of body shaming,

why don't we turn that into motivation for ourselves


Train your body to
feel better, have a
good diet
Dare to speak up to
protect yourself and
others, because you
don't have to fight alone
Learn not to care too much about other people's eyes, just be

yourself, love yourself more
