Welcome to Clarity Corp!

We’re proud to welcome you to our team here at Clarity Corp. This manual has
everything you need to know about our dress code, reporting absences, how to
clock in, and more. Please take the time to read it thoroughly, and keep it handy
so you can access it again if you have any questions.

Clocking In and Out

Please use your ID card to swipe in at the beginning of your shift and out at the
end. If you forget, please tell your supervisor immediately.

If your ID card gets lost or damaged, please contact Chad Wolfman in the HR
department for a replacement.

Pay Schedule

Employees will receive their pay on the 1st and 15th of every month. If the 1st or
15th falls on a holiday, you will recieve your pay on the first business day before
it.

Please provide your supervisor with your account and routing information to set
up a direct deposit.

Dress Code

All employees are expected to be clean and presentable, with attention paid to
personal hygiene. The dress code is as follows:

Shirt: Wear your Clarity Corp t-shirt. It should be free of wrinkles, holes, or stains.

Pants: Black or dark blue trousers only. No jeans, leggings, shorts, or skirts.

Shoes: Closed toe shoes only. No sandals.

Reporting Absences

Paid Leave: Any leave must be requested at least 3 days in advance and must be
approved by your supervisor.

Sick Days: If you’re sick and unable to work, please call your supervisor as soon
as possible. Please to do not text or email. If you’re out for more than two
consecutive days you may be required to provide a doctor’s note.

Failure to report absences for three consecutive days will resort in immediate
termination.

Code of Conduct

● Be respectful of your peers, supervisors, and customers at all times.


● Be respectful of company property.
● Company phones and computers are for work related business only. Use
personal phones or devices for any non-work related business.
● We work hard and play hard here. We have a generous paid leave benefit,
and regular team building weekend activities, but while you’re at work we
expect you to give 100%
