OBSERVATIONS

1. Major chunk of customers that are using Jio Fibre Connection is the
younger ones i.e., 78.4% of the users lie in the age group of 18-24.
2. There are 16.7% of the users in the age group of 25-40.
3. Most of the People above the age of 40 years are not using Jio Fibre
connection since there were only 2% out of the total responses.
4. Even the teenagers are not much using Jio fibre connection as they
constitute only 3% out of the total responses we’ve received.
5. If we talk about the gender wise comparison through our research, we
found out there was a neglible difference as to the users who preferred
Jio.
6. Out of all the responses we’ve received, majority of Jio users are based
in Mumbai.
7. As only 16.7% people responded “corporate” as their purpose of using
wi-fi we can infer maybe that’s the reason of only 2% of the Jio users
above the age of 40 years.
8. People below 24 years of age are in schools or graduation or post-
graduation, we can infer that might be one of the reasons for
“education” being the most important purpose of using Wi-fi.
9. Be it of any age group, 63.7% users have stated “personal reasons” as
their purpose of using Wi-fi.
10. One of the suggestions that we received from Jio users of Mumbai is
that company should focus on improving connectivity within the city.
