Introduction

 Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, doing business as Jio, is an Indian telecommunications company
and a subsidiary of Jio Platforms, headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It operates a
national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. It does not offer 2G or 3G
service, and instead uses only voice over LTE to provide voice service on its 4G network.

 It is the largest mobile network operator in India and the third largest mobile network operator in
the world with over 42.62 crore (426.2 million) subscribers.

 In September 2019, Jio launched a fiber to the home service, offering home broadband, television,
and telephone services.

The telecom industry is growing at a very fast pace in India and worldwide. Although the Indian
telecommunication sector is one of the fastest growing sector in the world.

Research Methodology

 This study uses a Descriptive research approach and primary data has been collected to Accomplish the
objectives of the study.

 A sample of 109 respondents jio customers has been drawn on the basis of Non-probabilistic convenience
sampling.

 Data has been collected through Google forms which has been sent to approximately 150 Respondents,
out of which 109 filled responses were received.

 Data analysis tools are chi-square, Tests of Normality, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis Test.
 Research Objective’s

 To know about the satisfaction level of the customer towards Reliance Jio in Surat
city
 To find out the factors influencing the customer
 To identify the reason to buy the Reliance Jio
 To find out the problem facing by Reliance Jio customers

 Limitations of the study

 Due to pandemic situation study conducted online mode.


 The Sample size was limited to one hundred and nine customers only.
 The responses collected only by google form.
 The sample size is small
 The data given by the respondents may limit to their own feeling, knowledge, and
awareness.

 Majority of Jio users are males rather than females.


 Majority of the male buy jio because of Unlimited data service
 Majority of the students buy jio because of Unlimited data service.
 Majority of the female faced Network coverage & Tower problems
 Majority of the students faced Network coverage & Tower problems
 Majority users of jio belongs to the age group of below 30.
 Majority of Jio users are graduates.
 Majority of JIo users' students.
 Majority of JIo users belong to Annual Monthly income of below Rs.10000.

 40.37% of the respondents are feeling satisfied.

 Majority of the respondents buy jio because of Unlimited data service.
 Network coverage & Tower problems are the main problem face by 46.79% of
respondents.
Conclusion

This research conclusion provides results of whether the customers are satisfied
with JIO service and network Reliance JIO has become a very successfully brand in
India & providing customers satisfaction is to be there main motives.From the
overall study, it was found that most of the Customers are satisfied with the current
services. Majority of the customer felt that they want to remove the Problem of
Network coverage & Tower problems. Company should improve the Network
coverage & Tower problems. Reliance Jio’s frequent update innovation technology
when It’s required. Reliance Jio sim should introduce some new schemes for the age
group of 30 above.
