LEVEL
Before carrying out the machine final test, it is necessary
to check the correct positioning of the buffer (Fig. 51/a-
52/a). 40

Such placement results as correct if the heights appear-

ing on the drawings are verified see Fig. 51 and 52.

18) CHAIN TENSIONING

a
Carry out the chain tensioning (Fig. 53/b) unloosening
the nuts (Fig. 53/e) and screwing up the hex nut (Fig.
53/a).
Be careful not to tension excessively in order not to
overstress the driving shafts (Fig. 53/c e Fig. 53/d). At
the end, tighten the nut strongly (Fig. 53/e).
19) FINAL TESTING
Supply power to the system and perform the
following functional checks:
- Load test:
- Load the lift with 1.1 times the rated load stated on the FIG.52 LOW
nameplate. LEVEL
- Send the lift up and down several times, checking its
stability on the rail.
- Test for a machine with guide sections with

inclination lower than 20°:

- Take the machine in the area superior to 25°, verify the
cam operation roll is 0,5 ÷ 1,5 mm far from the cam
(see Fig. 55). a
- If it is necessary to approach or to move away the cam
roll, it's required to disassemble the bracket (Fig. 58/a)
and rotate the clutch wheel hub (Fig. 58/b), using the
special wrench (Fig. 58/c). Once the adjustment has
been made (30 daN/m), assemble the bracket (Fig.
58/a) with loctite 243.
- Then, take the machine in the area with inclination
lower than 20°, load a 250 kg weight with barycentre
150 mm far from the end (see Fig. 54).
