The generic term vegetable oil is a blend of soybean, canola, palm, corn, and sunflower.
3. Expected product
The expected product is that customers have a trust in Dalda for providing high quality oil which
leads to healthy life. It the expectations won’t be made its customers will no longer buy Dalda.
4. Augmented product
Dalda augmented product is that they offer Kalonji Oil which aids in improving immune system.
One of the healthiest cooking oil in the market which also add flavor in meal and improve health.
5. Potential product
Dalda is the only Pakistani brand that is synonymous with motherhood. Over eight generations,
Dalda has been empowering mothers across the country by providing the perfect combination of
taste, health and ensuring a healthy life for happy families. They offer different flavors of oils
which results in healthy and active life that also delight customers. To continue satisfying
customer Dalda must offer good quality oils and continue their legacy of helping mothers by
