Sport in young people

It is important for teenagers to play sports, because they are growing up, but they must also
have time to study.

Exercising is good for health and apart from practicing it teens can learn different things such
as teamwork, unless the sport is individual or to strive for things you want.

On the other hand, sport helps to switch off the school and to think about something else. It
also helps to organize since the time they waste exercising, they don't have it to study and
they know that when the training is over you will have to do your homework because
otherwise you will not have time.

I believe that what all young people should do is to find a balance between study and sport.
Because both are necessary. Since a healthy body is a health mind.

Therefore the important thing is to organize and be able to manage your time well, to be able
to study and exercise.
