Credential of Speaker: My mother is a county renowned pastry chef, she has been making baked goods for over 25+ years now has taught me everything you need to know when it comes to baking, I have baked along side of her for 10+ years. Sub-point: Chocolate chip cookies were invented by Ruth Graves Wakefield and Sue brides in 1938, however you always need a rough draft before the final copy. b. Sub-point: Now begin mixing all the dry ingredients in a separate larger mixing bowl, 2 cups of flour, ¾ tsp. of baking soda, 1tsp of salt. d. Sub-point: Once both are mixed add the wet ingredients in the large bowl of dry ingredients. e. Sub-points: Add a cup of chocolate chip cookies and mix it into the dough. Sub-point: Once everything is mixed well, grab a ¼ cup ice cream scooper and scoop the cookies onto the baking sheets. b. Sub-point: Once all of the cookies have been placed on the baking sheet, place them into the 375-degree oven for around 8-10 minutes. c. Sub-point: Once the timer is up, take the cookies out and let them cool for around 5 mins. d. Sub-point: Once the cookies are cooled, they are ready to eat!
