The Parent grants permission to the Agencies to promote the Child’s image and authorizes it to the
publication of photographic or video material with their image, across all media. The Parent also
grants the Agency the permission to negotiate and agree with clients on the fees due for jobs
performed by the Child and for the use of reproduction rights of photos and videos of the Child
themselves, across the Italian territory and any other European or foreign country without
limitations.

1. This contract will take effect upon signature and will run for 24 months. Unless terminated by
either the Parent or the Agency, in writing and at least 60 days prior to its expiring date, the
present contract will extend for another 18 months. Penalty of 35000,00 rub for failure to abide by
the terms of the contract, and it will be in favor of the Russian agency in the event of non-
compliance according to the legal and procedural rules of the Russian legistation.

2. This contract covers the exclusive rights of promotion for fashion, advertising, and commercial
uses across all Italy. The undersigned declares their freedom from all contractual obligations with

third parties involving the exclusive use of their image, name, and/or voice that might prevent the
artistic representation under this contract. Every work commissioned for each brand must be
carried out only through Moda Modà agency / PK Management even in the case of withdrawal.

2.1. If the minor is in possession of a social profile, the parent is required to include, in the
information at the bottom, the tag for the agencies @modamodakids @pkmanagement
@ksyusha_abdukhanova in representation and protection of his/her image and promotion.

3. The Agency will receive the fees due directly from the clients, and will subsequently transfer the
relevant amount to Mrs. Abdukhanova.
The Model will always be paid only after the Agency Moda Modà Srl has been fully paid by their
clients.

4. In order to continue to successfully promote the Child, the Agency requires to be kept up to date
- at least every three months - with information and photographs of the Child’s changed physical
measurements due to their physiological growth (height, clothing size, shoe size) through Mrs.
Abdukhanova.

5. The Child’s compensation and job description will be provided for the Parent to consider in
advance of the final confirmation. Travel and living costs are generally at the Family’s own
expense, unless otherwise specified.
5.1 The confirmation of availability and for the work will be binding and may not be terminated
except in cases of force majeure which must be communicated to the agencies promptly.

6. The Agency will not be held responsible in case of:

• distribution, manipulation, or exploitation of images published by third parties, or breach of

image rights
• Injury or incidents of any kind that may take place before, during, or after the job.

7. The Agency commits to treat the Child and Parent’s data in full compliance with the D.lgs.
679/2016 (European legislation for data protection).

Milan).
