INTERVIEW
I have interviewed my parents and as from what they’ve said our business, Elbacuit
travel and tours started from an idea of having island tours in El Nido. Starts with one
boat with only 3crews.. they must be knowledgeable enough to maintain the boat
especially the engine same with the boat itself since its made of wood, the most
challenging is the weather, if there’s typhon we look for a place that is sheltered to make
the boat safe and with the business side cancellation of tours and refund to the but if
its’s peak season, the return of investments for the boat business is very easy. They’ve
also started to have business partner with people who owns restaurants, For the
restaurant they were the ones who managed it .With simple menu, and few man power
the price is also competitive with other resto. Challenges who will be your target market,
if its local or tourist. My parents said “When you feel that you are successful, it’s the
best if you improve than maintain your product and costumer service”. They said don’t
be afraid to step out of the comfort zone. There’s always something new to discover.
Failure, if you fail, try harder and don’t lose hope, don’t feel discouraged or think of
quitting because there is no overnight success after all.
