Decision Making

1. Life is like a roller coaster. It is uncontrollable like the many unexpected situations that we face
in our everyday life. There are many ups and downs in life; some people scream and rage over
the events and journey while others cheerfully accept the reality and enjoy it to the fullest. Life
is like a roller-coaster ride; everyone has different experiences and viewpoints about how to live
and what to do.

2. Though unexpected things happen all the time and really test how strong we are, this natural
flow of life can be faced well by decision-making.

3. Decision-making is a psychological exercise because when we decide we think. We process all

our thoughts in our minds to be able to come up with the best decision we can make.

4. It is just natural for us to fail at times but it can always be solved through rational thinking. It
means that we decide based on reason, not on our emotions.

5. We can avoid making bad decisions if we think rationally. Before making a final decision, we
should first examine closely the advantages and disadvantages of the consequences that will
come forth as a result of our decision. We should always consider what is right, not what we
want to be right or to happen. Even if sometimes we need to adjust to situations, we have to do
it so the right decision will be made advantageous not only for ourselves but also for other
people concerned.
