Industriousness and Taking Control

I'm Almira Robles. In this Personality Trait Test, I got a score of 42 in Industriousness. In order
for me to answer this test, I based it on my personal behavior or personality. And I answered it
truthfully and correctly. As a child and a mother, I really need to be hardworking and diligent in
life. Because I have my dreams in life that I want to fullfil for myself and my family. Also
because of my experience in life, it shaped my personality so that I can also be strong and
patient in things. And in taking control in any situation or problem that comes, I always think
about the positive side of it to improve and solve it.

Passion, Achievement Striving and Creativity

Motherhood and entrepreneurship have been a roller coaster of ups and downs. Being a mom
has been the greatest asset in helping me grow as an entrepreneur. It has taught me to have

grace for myself, how to be compassionate, and to see the beauty in all the lessons life has to
offer, especially the hard ones.
As an entrepreneur, I want to help my customers, and motherhood has prepared me for this
immensely. Being a mom has taught me to be less focused on myself, and more focused on my
children and others. I can say that my real passion in life is to become a successful
entrepreneur. Right now, I have my own small Sari-Store. In building it I aslo learned how to
handle even a small business and how to grow it. I believe moms are the most creative beings
on earth.
