 When I hear the word entrepreneur what comes to my mind is passion. And an entrepreneur is the
person who organize and operates the business/businesses.

 In my investigation their common traits are deep passion, creativity, easygoing attitude, self
motivation, eager to learn, persuasiveness, flexibility, tenacity, honesty, being kind, friendly and
knowing how to deal with other people follows.
WHAT IS IT
1. The characteristics that I observe or see that common among the entrepreneurs that I have listed
are deep passion, self motivation, honesty, being kind and friendly.
2. The entrepreneur that I admire the most is ate Jezabelle Manuevo because she is a great
entrepreneur, good looking, kind and have good communication to his/her customers.
3. In my opinion, I need to possess to become a successful entrepreneur are;
o Integrity it is high professional characteristic which requires you to be honest, sincere and
trustworthy
 o Competence requires you to have adequate knowledge, skills and experience.
o And you should be a wise decision maker that chooses actions that give the best outcome
for the business and for yourself.

 Entrepreneur are people who take the risk they are innovators and contributors to the
development of entrepreneurship.
WHAT I CAN DO
1. What motivates me of becoming an entrepreneur is for my personal growth and satisfaction of
doing something great.
2. Being honest, kind and knowing how to deal with different kinds of people are the qualities and
characteristics of being an entrepreneur to become competent and successful. Since my business
is into selling I also learned how to control my temper and always being nice to my customers. I
love healthy competition. It challenges me to become more competent and eager to improve my
business.
3. What makes me decide of putting up a business is that I will not have a boss instead I am the
boss. No pressure, no overtime, you can do what you want. And what is good is that I still
manage to watch over my son while having my business and earning at the same time.
