5. Leadership

5.1 Leadership And Commitment


Top management of Al Saghyir Boilers & Pressure Vessels Factory Co. Ltd. demonstrate
leadership and commitment with respect to the quality management system through;

1 taking accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system


2 ensuring that the quality policy and quality objectives are established for the quality
management system and are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the
organization;
3 ensuring the integration of the quality management system requirements into the
organization’s business processes
4 promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking;
5 ensuring that the resources needed for the quality management system are available;
6 communicating the importance of effective quality management and of conforming to the
quality management system requirements;
7 ensuring that the quality management system achieves its intended results;
8 engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality
management system;
9 promoting improvement;
10 supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to
their areas of responsibility.

5.1.2 Customer Foucs


Al Saghyir Boilers & Pressure Vessels Factory Co. Ltd. Management identifies customers’
requirements from contract agreed with the customer, competitors benchmarking, documented or
verbal complaints, legal and regulatory requirements, and the use of applicable codes and
specific standards.
Customer focus has been described in the QMS Manual with relevant referred processes,
procedures, work instructions and format to ensure that customer requirements are determined
and met and thus satisfy the customer.
Understanding the needs and the desires of the customers is the paramount to the continued
progress of the Company. Hence to achieve this goal, management is dedicated and responsible
for the promotion of customer satisfaction.
Customer’s satisfaction is achieved by maintaining a high Quality workmanship and a
completely responsive and committed approach to customer’s requirements.
The Quality and reliability of products and services are the responsibility of each and every
employee of Al Saghyir Boilers & Pressure Vessels Factory Co. Ltd.
The overall Quality Management System acts as an evolving program of continual
improvements to meet specific expectations and needs of customers.
