Executive Summary
Per the client’s request, we were tasked to identify any corporate interests of Moshe Viatcheslav
Kantor (“the subject”) in Israel, as well as any civil or criminal records in Israel in which he is
mentioned.
In order to identify the subject’s ID number, we contacted our source connected to the Israeli
Ministry of Interior. Our source informed us that there is no Israeli citizen named Moshe Viatcheslav
Kantor (name variations included) who was born on September 8, 1953.

Corporate Record
A reverse corporate search was done by running the subject’s details through the database linked to
the Registrar of Companies by the Israeli Corporations’ Authority (the database is licenced to our
company for research purposes). It contains up-to-date information about individuals and
companies, including the subject’s reg./ID numbers, address, holdings, shareholders and directors. In
addition, depending on factors as the company’s size and whether it is publicly or privately held, it
occasionally presents details as contact information and capital assessments. The database is
updated regularly, and the information is considered reliable and accurate.

In a check conducted using the subject’s name and variations, no indications of a corporate record in
Israel were identified for Kantor.

Litigation
The litigation examination was conducted using open legal databases that cover all legal jurisdictions
in the State of Israel. The databases contain information dating 20 years back, and in some cases
even further. Family and criminal records are confidential in Israel. That said, on certain occasions,
the court releases the records to the databases we screen.

Throughout the research, the subject’s name and additional name variations were examined on our
databases. We can confirm that no civil or criminal records relating to the “Moshe Viatcheslav
Kantor/ Viatcheslav Moshe Kantor” were found. However, two civil cases mentioning “Viatcheslav

Kantor” were found. The first one 1 is a car damages lawsuit from 2019, in which this individual sued
an insurance company for NIS 8,636. The second one is a civil case in which Viatcheslav Kantor filed a
