Daqing COVID-19 Prevention & Control Policy

The management of DQDC Halfaya Project Iraq is committed to providing a
safe and healthy workplace for employees, Contractors, stakeholders and
others who may be affected by our activities as personnel health and safety is
our top priority. To support this commitment, DQDC have developed
comprehensive COVID-19 prevention & control Policy. All senior managers, line
managers and employees are responsible for the implementation of this Policy.

We will:

 Provide up to date information to all DQDC staff, visitors, subcontractors

and other stake holders on COVID-19 as issued/circulated by Iraqi Public
Health, Local Authorities, Petro China Halfaya and International Health
Agencies.
 Appoint a COVID-19 Response Manager who will provide governance
and support to the Lead Worker Representative(s)
 Provide an adequate number of trained Lead Worker Representative(s)
(by agreement) who are easily identifiable and put in place a reporting
system
 Provide enough resources to prevent & control COVID-19.
 Provide adequate trainings on COVID-19 prevention & control to our all
employees.
 Adapt the workplace to facilitate physical distancing.
 Have all employees attend an induction / familiarisation briefing
 Develop a procedure to be followed in the event of someone showing
symptoms of COVID-19 while at work or in the workplace
 Develop procedure to resume operation in line with client and Local
Authorities requirements.
 Continue to monitor our COVID-19 prevention & control measures and
amend this policy when needed.
