Styleguide:

Line:
purpose: show movement in fog
break up hills with grass texture
implied lines used for rough texture and creating shadow and light
(see pumpkins and hills)
thinner lines to add details to shapes (pumpkins, leaves, trees)
style: line thickness roughly 2.5px --> feels thin relative to bigger
image
wavey lines in fog, on trees, pumpkin stems, as textures
lines are more straight in character details
more zigzagy lines for ground layers
color: no hue difference, only tint and shades
clean texture outline

Shape:
usage: all but creature have tight shapes
lots of straight rectangular shapes
corners are slightly rounded in nature elements (branches, pumpkins)
corners in main character have straightish angles (inside elbows,
knees, shoulders, shoes) but character still has round shapes as well
dogs and creature in background are less rectangular and more round as
well
--> more geometrical shapes
--> ground and creature more noisy and organic shapes
contrast: between straighter angles of man and rounder ones in nature

Color:
hue: going from purple pinks, to orange reds
saturation: high saturated foreground, low background
value: high in pumpkins ground creature background, other nature
elements lower values and smaller range, bigger range in man dogs
color scheme: analogous
constrast: between high sat fg and low bg, between puple hues in bg and
orange in fg, higher values in pumkin creature and fg+bg low in man and dogs
propertions: more use of reds than purples
gradient: used to create light and shadows, and to create depth in
(back)ground (atmospheric perspective), has a graininess to it

Composition:
focal: group in middle on log
how: lower value contrast with surroundings, high sat, characters, camera
focus
influ: guiding lines in ground look direction of creature log, trees act
as framing elements
struct: rule of 3 --> log on line, creature at top right intesect, man on
line
balanc: busier on left and bottom sides clamer on top right
