TONE:
 Mass communication requires ICE-Breaking and Interesting
Vocabulary.
 You must not be too formal where communication is not natural.
 You cannot be too informal keeping in view the seriousness of
task.

I Part: Since you are the speaker you are close to the topic you are
presenting. You have a passion for and an ownership of the topic. This
means you may use personal examples and experiences. You must use
the I word, for example, I have experienced, in my observation.

The you part: You must talk directly with the audience to help
communication be personal and to be able to engage them mentally.
You may use sentences like, You must be aware, I can understand your
anxiety/confusion.
