Def: to Summarize something in a short form.
 A summary begins an introductory senence
 A summary is written in your own words
 A summary is contain only the ideas of the original tesxt.
 Do not insert/include any of your own opinions ,
interpretations , deductions of comments into a Summary.

Q.6: KEY POINTS FROM PASSAGE:

Main ideas are often found at the beginning of paragraph. The


first sentence is called key point of passage.
Main ideas are also found in the concluding sentences of a
paragraph that explain the subject being discussed in the
passage.
