Last year I had to start a lawsuit at my local town court, to claim a property that belonged
to my grandmother, whose only heir I am, by the will that she left before she passed, two years ago.
Some relatives of my grandpartents (autns and uncles) claimed that they were entitled to part
of the inheritance, so I started a trial against them.
My lawyer was very optimistic about my case, he was sure I will win. I have found and
submitted all the necessary documents that the court asked, I also brought two witnesses, two
cousins, who testified under oath.
The defendants brought some witnesses too, some persons that I am in conflict with for years
and they came to the trial and lied. So, I sued them for false testimony. They also brought some
false documents, claiming that the will was in their favour, so I also sued them for forgery and use
of forgery.
According to some laws that recently came into force and the constitution and thanks to the
evidence I submitted and due to the efforts and active involvement of my lawyer, the court

considered that I was right and I won the case in the first instance, I have been confirmed as the
sole owner of the property.
All the claims and defenses of the defendants were considered null and void and they were
also required to pay a bail of 800 euros.
The judge decided in my favour, but my relatives didn t agree with the court s decision, so
they appealed at the Court of Appeal. The trial will last another months or one year more, but I am
hopefull that the court s decision will be in my favour this time too.
