Introduction
This SOP highlights the recovery process in case of any shortage/ damage to the consignment by BP
Scenario 1
Theft : Its been noticed that in current scenario BP is caught many times and found guilty ,it not only
a dissatisfaction for consignee but the goodwill of RIVIGO in market is also fading. Now, RIVIGO is
going to taken strong disciplinary action against BP .
Boxes theft
* 3rd Instance of theft- 200 % of invoice value and termination of BP from system
Pieces Theft
* ZT DEPS < Pieces shortage at customer end - 100% of excess pieces shortage
In every scenario BP has to file FIR and share to us off missing CN against boxes
Scenario 2
Damage: Currently, there is no damage clause on BP and BP has been seen very casual in handling
the goods in last mile, we need to take strong decision on it to make damage free organization

vendor vehicles
Scenario 1
Missing Seal- If any of the seal missing in vehicle than below will be further process :

Seal number change - If Seal number doesn’t match in THC provided by last OU, than below will be
the process:

Accident Vehicle/ Vehicle breakdown- If any vehicle met with accident and if same vehicle is
despatch to connecting OU or in case of consignment shifting to other vehicle :

Water in Container - In case of water inside container during unloading of vehicle , every wet
consignment entire value will be debited to SOP
