8. I ran outside to help him.
9. Unfortunately, I discovered that I left my ticket inside.
10. The policeman said that we had to go home.
11. Because of this, I felt like crying.
12. However, we returned home very early in the evening.
13. What a surprise! My sister bought two tickets to go to the match tomorrow instead.
14. I couldn’t wait to go to bed.
