PURPOSE

This assignment is designed to develop the learners’ ability to discuss strategies,


advantages and disadvantages of customer relationship marketing (CRM) in managing
a business.

REQUIREMENT

You are the general manager of a luxury retail company in Malaysia (for example
Burberry, Prada, and Coach). Prepare a report to assess the need for customer
relationship marketing (CRM) by highlighting its advantages and disadvantages to your
business.
