STUDY OF BIO BRICKS

ABSTRACT :This study

The plastic waste is the hazardous problem in today’s

world.This is most dangerous problem in front of
humanity.humanity.The most hazardous type of wastes
(plastic below 50 microns) is causing serious problems. These
plastic waste mixed in the soil, it directly effects on fertility of
soil. And now a days the large amount of plastic is deposited
into sea. This plastic waste gives hazardous effect on aquatic
life and quality of water. And heating waste plastic to
temperature range of 120 to 150 degree c and mixed sand
with molten plastic

The agricultural waste materials i,e sugar cane bargass.and

rice husk ash. Disposing off waste material is very challenging
task and is hatard to environment. The surgar cane bagasse
andrice husk ash were collected locally. The addition of
wastes have reduced

INTRODUCTION: Plastic is very hazardous materials and

very difficult to decompose it is main problem in world. Use of
plastic is high in our darily life such as polythene bags,
disposal, pasting food & other accessories by using of plastic
in making the brick, the over all cast of bricks will get
redused.

Brick earth is castly and digging of earth poses some danrage

to environment

Collecting of material
(food pactages)

Batching

Melting (120 to 150 °c )

Mixing

Moulding (19x19x9cm)
 Cusing (24 hour)

CONCLUSION
*Waste plastic, which is available every where may be put to
an effective use in bricks.

*Plastic bricks can help in reduce the environmental pollution

*Plastic bricks reduce the usage of clay in making bricks
