Does ethics have a role in education and science?

Ethics or moral philosophy is a branch of philosophy that involves

systematizing, defending and recommending concepts of right and wrong behavior.
The field of ethics, along with aesthetics, concerns a matter of value. If I were to
define what truly the word “Ethics” is for me, I must say that it is a broad yet
interesting branch of philosophy. Broad in the sense that it is not merely a simple
judgment whether what is right or wrong, it has many subbranches that act as gear
and when a link is formed among them, makes your judgment of the situation ethical.

But in the question: “Does Ethics have a role in education and science?” My
answer would be a firm YES. Ethics in Education are important because they assist
to run the system smoothly. Ethics sets the standards of what's acceptable and
what's not, therefore, protecting the Interest of both teachers and students. One easy
example in exists in education is the simple rules which make the student-teacher
interaction with one another uphold respect which shoots straight to being ethical.

On the other hand, we can correspondingly say that Ethics also have a role
when it comes to science. Ethics is an important consideration in science. Scientific
investigations must be guided by what is right and what is wrong. That's where
ethical rules come in. They help ensure that science is done safely and that scientific
knowledge is reliable. A simple example is experimentation which involves live
beings. Scientists need to think carefully to conduct a fruitful yet ethical experiment
that could pose a big help to the world.
