WORKER’S INDUCTION

REMINDER
1. All newly hired workers / employees MUST undergo induction prior to start of work on-
site;
2. Safety Officer shall conduct the induction and inform the relevant Supervisor / Foreman
if completed for turnover of worker(s);
3. PPE’s should be issued after completion of the induction;
4. OHS F03 - OHS Orientation & PPE Acknowledgement (form) should be filled-up and
signed by the worker / employee after completion of the induction and issuance of PPE’s.
5. Filled-up OHS F03 - OHS Orientation & PPE Acknowledgement (form) should be kept
on Safety Department file for reference.
