According to some sources health is a state of physical, mental, and social well-being.

The
importance of health is the main thing in our life. Maintaining good health depends on many factors
such as the air we breathe, how much water we drink, what food we eat, what kind of people we
meet and how we exercise.
No one likes visiting a doctor, including me as well. Therefore, I’m not a healthy teenager. I’ve
been having allergy to pollen and dust for last ten years, so as result I often visit my doctor.
Actually, I’m fed up with my allergic symptoms: a runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes and swollen
lips.
Moreover, I’ve got down with the flu so far. I thought it was a common cold, because the
symptoms were similar to it. Thus, I felt awful. I had a splitting headache, a fever, a sore throat and
a cough. I also suffered from aching muscles and joints. I recovered from this illness two weeks
ago. It was a terrible experience but at last I was back on my feet.
However, there exist some much more awful diseases and health problems. For example, mumps,
diabetes and measles or whooping cough. Thanks God, but I have never had these problems.
Physical exercise is one of the best ways of keeping healthy body in a good shape. What is more,
I think in order to keep your body healthy you must avoid stress and get enough sleep, vitamin C as
well.
In conclusion, I would like to remember one English preverb: ,,An apple a day keeps the doctor
away”.
