What is global warming?
 Global warming is the long-term heating of
Earth’s climate system observed since the pre-
industrial period (between 1850 and 1900) due to
human activities, which increases heat-trapping
greenhouse gas levels in Earth’s atmosphere.
Reasons

Greenhouse effect, which is caused by:

 Fossil fuel burning
 Deforestation
 Industrial advancement
 Using transport with high levels of CO2 emission
Examples in the world

 Melting ice - caps in the Polar regions

 Rise of the sea level all over the world
 Wildfires in Australia
 Extreme droughts (in California
in 2015)
 Extinction of some animal species
(polar bears)
Possible world-wide solutions

 Replanting trees
 Using more zero-emission electric vehicles
 Settingnew standards and crafting new policies
to meet or even exceed those standards
Possible personal solutions

 Using less energy

 Travelling green
 Reduce waste
Conclusion

Global warming is very dangerous for the Earth,

because the temperature have been rising, causing
more dangers for people, animals, plants and our
environment.
Not much time left.
Save the Earth!
