Introduction

Global warming is the increase in the temperature of the earth, which is reflected in
the oceans and the atmosphere, mainly causing the emission of greenhouse gases
emitted by human activity.
Summary

Global warming is the greatest environmental challenge facing the Earth today. So
much so, that if preventive measures are not taken to stop its negative effects, in
the long term the survival of the animal species that inhabit it, including the human
race, would be in danger.

Causes of global warming

Natural causes

The natural ones, despite being present for thousands of years, are not enough to
make climatic changes.

Artificial causes

Man-made causes refer mainly to greenhouse gases, which are mostly caused by
emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4), although there are many
others:

 Burning of fossil fuels

 Deforestation
 Increase in water vapor in the atmosphere

Consequences of global warming

 Melting glaciers
 Climate change
 Change in the hydrological cycle
 Food scarcity
How to combat global warming

 Regulate CO2 emissions

 Plant more trees
 Reduce the use of electricity
 Generate less garbage
conclusion

Global warming is a problem whose consequences we are already experiencing,

which is worrying, despite the neglect or the little importance that we have given
this problem has become irreversible and if we do not change our habits in a short
time, unfortunately what comes next is extinction. We must become aware of the
great magnitude of the problem.
