Describe a natural disaster

In a modernized epoch, despite the fact that human are obtaining numerous significant achievements
on many fields, man’s activities are gradually threatening the environment resulting in multifarious
catastrophic disasters, especially global warming or climate change is having more and more
unequivocal effects on earth.
First of all, What is global warming? . It is described as the ongoing increase in global average
temperature caused by human activities, such as deforestation, some agricultural and industrial
practices, especially the process of burning fossil fuels. Consequently, this makes a great contribution
to the rise of carbon dioxide and methane in earth’s atmosphere that cause green house effect. In
addition that information, green house effect is whens sun’ rays penetrate earth’s atmosphere, but
they are trapped and cannot escape back to space due to a large amount and dense lays of the
aforementioned gases. As a consequent, the heat that got stuck in the air has caused the average
temperature to rise overtime, exceptionally in the past few decades.Moreover, Global warming result
in various changes on environments that lead to natural disasters and detrimental phenomena such
as expanding deserts, unpredictable hurricane, long lasting drought, extreme weathers and so on
which can last for a century. Typically, the ice from North and South Poles has started to melt that
lead to the rise in sea level, therefore, some coastal zone are likely to be partially or even totally
submerged. Beside that, the change in temperature can also destroy human life, it threaten people
with the shortage of food and water, a crisis in economy as well as deteriorating human health.. For
example, in 2020, an ancient deadly virus that come from the melted ice from glaciers has been found
by a group of researchers, it has been reported to reawaken and cause contagious pandemics if the
temperature continues to escalate in 10 years.
Global warming is an problem that all people around the world are facing, each individuals must have
responsibility for mitigating it and have the awareness of what is happening outside their home. Some
of the best ways to ease the issues can be mentioned such as improvements to energy efficiency and
vehicle fuel economy, increases in wind and solar power, protecting forest, etc.
