    Close Encounter with the School Curriculum

    Today, we as a teacher must understand the basic needs of our students. To know

    them better the easy to identify those needs. We ought to give them a classroom that is

    safe and nurturing. A classroom that will give them the required knowledge and

    understanding. Being passionate towards them will make a big difference, since it is our

    duty or responsibility to educate, love and support them as we considered us second

    parents. Sometimes some of the students referred school as their comfort zone. The

    place where they enhance their knowledge, skills, talents, and capabilities and

    sometimes also discover something new to themselves. Teachers should always aware

    about the situation of their students so that they can help and give them some advice. In

    that case their progress in school will be consistent, teachers will not find it hard to

    teach or assess them.
