* For you to redeem the Christmas & New Year 100% Deposit Bonus, the below steps have
to be taken:

● Step 1: Clients must register and verify their Account with Bold Prime.
● Step 2: Login to your Bold Prime Trader Dashboard and deposit $100 USD or more
into your Account.
● Step 3: Upon the deposit of the $100 USD as mentioned above, the 100% Deposit
Bonus will automatically be credited into your deposit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
* For you to be eligible for the Christmas & New Year 100% Deposit Bonus, the below
criteria have to be fulfilled:

1. The Christmas & New Year 100% Deposit Bonus Promotion Period will be from 15th
December 2022 (12:00AM GMT+8) until 14th January 2023 (11:59PM GMT+8).

2. The bonus is entitled as a ONE-OFF deposit bonus and is only valid for deposits
made on the 15th December 2022 (12:00AM GMT+8) until 14th January 2023
(11:59PM GMT+8) during the campaign period:
● If you are an existing client, when the Promotion Period begins, your first
deposit made upon the start of the promotion period, WITH THE DEPOSIT
BONUS CLAIMED, will be eligible for the Christmas & New Year 100%
Deposit Bonus Promotion.
● If you are a new client and you are signing up for the first time upon the
Promotion Period, your first deposit and any deposit made afterwards, WITH
THE DEPOSIT BONUS CLAIMED, will be eligible for the Christmas & New
Year 100% Deposit Bonus Promotion.
● Deposits made by Bold Prime clients after the start of the promotion on 15th
December 2022 (12:00AM GMT+8) until 14th January 2023 (11:59PM
GMT+8) are eligible for the Christmas & New Year 100% Deposit Bonus
Promotion.

3. The Christmas & New Year 100% Deposit Bonus Promotion WILL NOT COMBINE /
STACK with our 30% Deposit Bonus for all clients redeeming the bonus.
4. The Christmas & New Year 100% Deposit Bonus Promotion is eligible to all our
clients, except for those who use a CENT ACCOUNT.

5. The Christmas & New Year 100% Deposit Bonus Promotion is eligible to all our
clients, except for Indonesia and Vietnam clients.

6. The Christmas & New Year 100% Deposit Bonus Promotion will be credited as
Trading Credit and not actual funds for trading in each client's account.

7. The Bonus Credit redeemed from deposits made under this promotion will support
Floating Margin.

8. The Maximum amount of Trading Credit a client can redeem from 100% of their initial
deposit is $1,000 USD for all Membership levels (Platinum & Standard).

9. If clients are detected to be using a proxy, or multiple profiles within the same device
or range of IPs, any profit made will be forfeited.

10. There is a withdrawal and transfer clause for all clients who utilise this Christmas &
New Year 100% Deposit Bonus Promotion on their deposit made for this redemption.
A full deduction of the client’s total credit will be made from the client’s Trading Credit
(Credit sourced from the Christmas & New Year 100% Deposit Bonus Promotion)
upon a client withdrawing ANY amount from the initial deposit that was credited for
the promotion / transfer of funds to another trading account.

For example: If a client deposits $1,000 USD, as per the Christmas & New Year
100% Deposit Bonus Promotion, the client will automatically redeem $1,000 USD in
Trading Credit. However, if the said client withdraws ANY amount from the initial
deposit of $1,000 USD (no set minimum amount, the client may even max out their
balance), the client’s FULL Trading Credit amount will automatically be deducted
from the Trading Credit redeemed.

11. Unless otherwise noted, the bonus cannot be added to internal transfer deposits
amongst client accounts or deposits from other contests/promotions, etc.

12. Bold Prime has the right to reject a client's bonus application(s) / contest
participation(s) at any time without prior notice or explanation.

13. Bold Prime reserves the right to terminate a client's incentive at any time without
notice.

14. Any circumstance not covered by these regulations is up to Bold Prime’s discretion.

15. Bold Prime reserves the right to change, update or cancel this promotion with no
prior notifications.
* A client may only become a contestant if they are deemed eligible via the conditions
as stated above.

* Any other redemption process is not permitted and will not be entertained.

* All instructed steps must be followed by all users and may only be verified by Bold
Prime Ltd.

* Bold Prime reserves the right to request a client for evidence (screenshots etc.) and
Bold Prime account details to authenticate and verify that winning clients have taken
all the necessary steps required to be eligible to enter this promotion. The client will
have to provide Bold Prime with all necessary forms of evidence upon request.

* Bold Prime reserves the right to modify, cancel and limit any promotion or offer. We
reserve the right to refuse providing offers and/or promotions to individuals or
