Catipunan Teacher II, to be followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem
to be conducted by Maam Maricel L. Balo, Teacher III, and singing our provincial hymn
to be led by Maam Maam Grace C. Mamuyac, Master Teacher II.

IV. WELCOME REMARKS

Parents play a vital role in the lives of children. From our birth, parents protect, teach, provide, and
serve as role models. As part of a family, we look to them for guidance. We mirror their behavior and
learn to be a core part of our communities. Throughout our lives, our parents lead us to be independent
thinking individuals. As many of us know, those efforts can be challenging. The world is changing as
quickly as they grow. Often the sleepless nights and worry seem endless. On this particular Parents day,
we honor all parents who do everything to raise and protect their children. Indeed, family, like branches
of a tree, we grow indifferent directions yet our roots remain as one. Welcome to first Convocation
Program and Family Day of Bobonao Elementary School with the theme, “Paggalang at pagmamahal;
Resipe para sa Masayang Pamilya.

To formally start and welcome everyone to this event, let us all welcome our simple and humble

VII. AWARDING
Grade 1,2,3 Awarding

-“Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow, belongs tot he people who prepare for it
today”(again)REPEAT 2X– according to Malcolm the Tenth
-The 1st quarter’s convocation program is the culmination of all hard work and study of our pupils for
the First Grading/ or First Quarter period. Today is when you, pupils, can say, “yes, I’ve done it!”It is
one of the most important date in our academic calendar as it is the time when our dear school head,
and teachers can gather with the pupils and parents to celebrate academic achievement on this
momentous family day. A greatest gift indeed for your parents my dearest achievers. May we call on
stage our grade 1,2 and 3 achievers to award the certificate.

I encourage everyone that, during the presentation of certificates, we are encouraging you to express
your pride by clapping of hands.

Today is our chance to share our history, a reason to celebrate our past and a time to welcome our

Parents play an important role in every child’s life because they are learning models. The attitude of
parents towards education can inspire them and can make them have an idea on how to take charge on

Moreover, it is not just about thanking our parents. By celebrating Parents Day, we are giving a message
to the generation following us. As actions speak louder than words, they learn how tiny things held great

they have given us. To pay tribute to our dear parents the backbone of our young children let us have
