A lot of companies hire accountants for their business to record all the transactions
and transcription. But what if it is a huge business like Gaisano Mall, SM supermarket,
Robinson’s Mall, and etc. It is so hard for the accountant to record all of the receipts and
transactions that people buy. It will cause a huge error due to the manual input of the
transactions and unexpected man-made errors like misinput. It is important to know the
transactions of items in a business, but if it has a lot of errors, it will affect the company's
performance.

If we replace computer to do the task like human it is very accurate, less error and it
very fast response rather than we human also have difficulties and the performance is not
constant it means that it will have an 50% fail and accuracy in average human it is also
depends on how they do the tasks.The best solution is the Accountant it is an software act
and do the task of a accountant. The main function is to do data analysis, recording
