A) Relocate the receiving antenna and keep it well away from the
equipment.
Communication Statement
The Energy Monitoring systems and Analysis (EMA) software analyzes
and reports the performance of each module from real-time data collected
through the Energy Collect Device (ECD) gateway. The EMA
promptly detects any performance issues in the array, pinpointing the
location and nature of the problem and providing precise guidance for
maintenance, all within a user-friendly graphic interface.
Communication between inverters and the ECD may be affected by signal “noise”
from nearby electrical equipment, the distance between inverters and the ECD,
the number of inverters supported, and other factors, so sometimes the ECD
experiences loss of signal or data randomly, that is not a problem or a fault.
If the ECD does not communicate with the EMA database at all, contact support.

Important Safety Instructions
CE mark is attached to the solar inverter to verify that the unit follows the
provisions of the European Low Voltage and EMC Directives.

Microinverter System Introduction
This integrated system improves safety; maximizes solar energy harvest;
increases system reliability, and simplifies solar system design, installation,
maintenance, and management.
Simple to install
You can install individual PV modules in any combination of
Module quantity, orientation, different type and power rate
The Ground wire (PE) of the AC cable is connected to the chassis
inside of the Microinverter, potentially eliminating the installationof grounding wire (check
local regulation).
Installation/User Manual 6
Microinverter Introduction
The Microinverters connect with the single-phase grid, and can also
use multiple Microinverters in the form of single-phase grid to achieve
three-phase grid, and operate with most 60and 72 cell PV modules. For
more information, please see the Technical Data page (p.18) of this
manual.

Microinverter system operating instructions
3. The units should start blinking red one minutes after turning on the AC circuit
breaker. Then blue led blinking. This means they are producing power normally, the faster
blinking of the blue led means more power generated.
4. Plug in the ECD and follow the instructions according to the manual
for the ECD.

Troubleshooting
Operation LED
Flashing Slow Blue - Producing small power
Flashing Fast Blue - Producing big power
Flashing Red - Not producing power
Red blinking two times-AC low-voltage or high-voltage
Red blinking three times-Grid Malfunction
GFDI Error
A four time red LED indicates the Microinverter has detected a Ground
Fault Detector Interrupter (GFDI) error in the PV system. Unless the
GFDI error has been cleared, the LED will remain four times blinking.
Other Faults
All other faults are reported to the ECD. Refer to the ECD Installation and
Operation Manual for a list of additional faultsand troubleshooting
procedures.
