INSTRUCTIONS
GOALS Your goals are determined by your Leadership to ensure alignment with company priorities.
In discussion with your Manager:
define the weightage of each goal, based on the most important outcomes you need to achieve for your
role
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Define the key actions you will take in support of each goal and how you will measure the results of each action.
