PARTY or TENANT")

THE FIRST PARTY and THE SECOND PARTY are hereinafter referred to as THE PARTIES
THE PARTIES have agreed to enter into a contract agreement for the use of 1 UNIT CAR
FLEET number ……….. type ……………….. ……………. color WHITE year ……….., with a period of
time usage contract starts from…………………………….until………………………. (5 Months) with a
nominal contract price of IDR……………………………../month and is paid every 3rd day at the
beginning of the month.

The duties and responsibilities of the PARTIES include:

Article 1 :
THE FIRST PARTY handed over 1 FLEET Unit along with the equipment or equipment agreed
by the PARTIES.

Article 2 :
THE SECOND PARTY as the lessee is willing to take full responsibility for the FLEET he uses
when the rental contract takes place and if damage is caused due to the carrying of the
vehicle, it will be the responsibility of the FIRST PARTY (OWNER).

Article 3 :
THE FIRST PARTY is obliged to provide a replacement vehicle if the damage to the vehicle is
caused by the nature of the vehicle and must be repaired for a long time (more than 2 days).

Article 4 :
THE SECOND PARTY as the Lessee is obliged to carry out periodic maintenance which
includes (SERVICE, OIL REPLACEMENT) during the contract period every 5000 Km.

Article 5 :
The determination of the rental price and contract for the FLEET is the agreement of both
parties.

Article 6 :
If the cooperation agreement ends, the SECOND PARTY is obliged to return the condition of
the FLEET in accordance with the start of the cooperation to the FIRST PARTY as the legal
owner of the vehicle.

Thus we made this cooperation agreement with and without coercion and has been agreed
by both parties.
