Role name - Leadership Development program “EMERALD”

Job Description:
The Selected students shall be a part of Xanadu’s Flagship leadership Development program
“EMERALD”
This program is designed to develop exceptional Business Leaders to build Xanadu’s next
line of Leadership across Functions.
The Program’s broad outline is to immerse the participants in high octane business delivery
assignments/stints in “Sales, Strategy & Marketing Management” over a period of 12
Months, thereby building general management capabilities. Post successful completion of
the EMERALD Program the participants shall be redesignated as “Assistant General
Manager” in business-critical roles basis evaluation and business requirements.
