Maiden Heaven is a wedding planning company that is assist couples in creating a memorable and stress-
free wedding experience, the idea behind the wedding planning business is to help couples plan and
execute their dream wedding and our vision is to expand our business allover India.

Key Contribution: As projecting myself Chief Marketing Officer in this pitch deck, I have taken the charge
of Marketing and sales slides. Key contribution in this project.

• Measuring and Analyzing Market: I have explored and collect all the relevant data regarding the
wedding industry. Identify the target market, what challenge customer face and provide solutions
of these challenges.
• Marketing and Sales Strategy: With the help of collected data and intensive research, I helped
my team to create the marketing and sales strategy to promote our brand and grow the market.
• Company name and Brand Logo: I have also come up with the name of the company Maiden
Heaven and created it logo for the same, which is appealing to customer and help to provide
identity to our wedding planning company.

Key Learnings: Navigating this project provides valuable insights into project management, teamwork,
and effective communication. Some key learnings:

• Clear Communication and Shared Vision: Effective communication is the cornerstone of

successful teamwork. A shared vision of team helps align everyone's efforts towards a common
goal.
• Delegation and Utilizing Strengths: Through this project I learned that effective delegation is
essential to manage the workload efficiently. Identify the strengths of each team member and
assign tasks accordingly. This not only optimizes productivity but also fosters a sense of ownership
and responsibility among team members.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Unexpected challenges are inevitable in any business,
whether it is a product issue, supplier issue, or last-minute changes. Adaptability and critical
thinking skills are crucial to address these challenges without compromising the business
performance. The ability to think on your feet, find creative solutions, and remain calm under
pressure is invaluable.

This project provides me a valuable learning ground for teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and
diligence. These skills are transferable to various aspects of life, both personal and professional, and can
contribute to success in my various future endeavors.

What do differently and what to retain the same:

If I were to undertake this project again, it would like to provide more detailed analysis on market and
establish the brand differently which provide more sharp information for investors to understand the
business vision. I will also explain more about our services which are selling points and generating revenue
for the business. If I would retain something then it will be the team, despite the different opinions,
coming from different professions and even working hours, we still manage to collaborate with each
other, understand the requirements and help each other out, which make us good team to work together.
