Resource speaker (final)

As Salamualaykum wa Rahmatullahi taala wa Barakatuhu and good afternoon everyone. We are

very much delighted to be enjoined today by one of beautiful and intelligent and it is my
privilege and honor to introduce to you our Resource Speaker for this afternoon.

Our resource speaker finished her elementary level at Mohammad Tulawie Central School as
4th honor in the year 2001, and graduated as class valedictorian in the year 2005 at Mindanao
State University-Laboratory High School.

She then took up nursing at Western Mindanano State University and graduated in the year
2009 and was able to passed the Nursing Licensure Examination on the same year.

Right after, She pursued medicine at Ateneo De Zamboanga School of Medicine and finished in
the year 2013.

She then, had her internship traning at Zamboanga City Medical Center in the year 2013-2014

In the year 2014, she took up Masters in Public Health at Ateneo de Zamboanga University with
a thesis title " A Case-Control Study On TB Defult Among Patients Under TBDOTS Treatment In
Jolo ,Sulu" and eventually passed the board exam for Physician on the year 2015.

Our resource speaker was also a Former ER resident on duty at Corazon Aquino Hospital in
Dipolog, and a former ER resident on duty at Universidad de Zamboanga Medical Center and
Brent Hospital.

And now she is Currently employed as medical officer 3 at Sulu Provincial Hospital.
Ladies and gentlemen please help me welcome our resource speaker for this afternoon, Dr.
