    Based on the case studies, the learners were considered to have special needs because they required guidance and assistance to learn, develop, and achieve in class. As a teacher, it is important to address students' needs so they can learn academically and develop in a supportive environment, helping them achieve their goals and making the teacher effective.     Analysis 1.

    Based on the above case studies, why these leaners were considered to be having special
    needs? Answer: Based from the case studies above, I believe that those learner’s were considered to
    be having special needs because they need proper guidance and assistance in order for them to learn,
    develop and attain achievement in the class. Their cases maybe different but both need to be
    addressed with an appropriate instructions in order to facilitate a successful learning environment
    and for their individual growth.
    2. Do you think you will have students like Ica or Fred? Answer: I cannot guarantee for sure if I can
    have students like them but all I have to do is to be prepared at all time incase this situation may
    happen in the future.
    3. 3. Why it’s important to address their needs? Answer: As a teacher it is our responsibility to
    address our students needs in order for them to learn not just academically but also for them to have
    a healthy environment where learnings and successful integration is present. Addressing their needs
    will help them achieved their aspirations in life and it also makes us as an effective teacher
    4. . 4. Why do you think these kids are also considered as marginalized? Answer: In my opinion, these
    kids are also considered as marginalized because they are labeled as different, isolated unimportant
    and they tend to be ignored most of the time. This kind of marginalization originates from culturally
    intense beliefs, values, and typical norms that regulate recognition or acknowledgement of other
    people within a specific social standard.
