The requisite information in respect of District Shangla is as under:

It was decided that a thorough
scrutiny of all the officers and

officials, on the basis of their
competence and integrity, be carried
out and further postings shall be
executed accordingly.
Inspections of Markets/Shops
The forum directed that a strategy
and mechanism shall be devised for
a concerted and collective
inspections of markets/shops by the
2 module, a total of 2572 Shops were checked
price magistrates, representatives of
Halal Food Authority,
representatives of Tehsil Municipal
Administration and any other
authority.
Kully Katchery and Revenue
Darbars
It was decided that Kully Katcheris
and Revenue Darbars shall be
convened on the first two working

days of each month at all the
districts and Tehsils by DCs and ACs
respectively and local
representatives i.e. Parliamentarians
may also be invited.
TRANSFER/ POSTING:
A total number of 13 officials have
completed 02 years tenure all were re
shuffled.
It is further submitted that there is no
ministerial staff of this office who has
completed his tenure (02 Years), as and
when any official completed his tenure, will
be reshuffle immediately in the best public
interest.
REGULATORY INSPECTIONS:
As per the reports of KP Inspections
with fine of Rupees 285.1 million and total
95 FIRs were registered.
KHULI KACHEHRIES:
All ACs/ AACs were directed to ensure
holding of the notified Khuli Kachehries on
regular basis in person for immediate
resolution pf public complaints.
A total 04 Khuli Kachehries have been done
by District Administration Shangla. 03 of
them were chaired by Deputy
Commissioner Shangla.
REVENUE DARBARS:
Revenue Darbar has been done in Tehsil
Chakisar by Deputy Commissioner
 Shangla. All ACs/AACs have been directed
to hold at least one Revenue Darbar in their
area of jurisdiction.
CITIZEN FEEDBACK:
