Introduction

The Advertising Sprout was founded in [2030] in Texas. Since then, it has been one of the sought-
after advertising agencies in Texas. The agency provides services to small and big companies. It
provides services like website management, social media management, website hosting, graphic
design, blogs, branding, copywriting, and SEO. Its mission is to provide advertising and marketing
solutions to its clients. I chose my internship there because it's well-established and has achieved
many marketing goals for their clients.

Internship Description

My work was to market and advertise our clients' products, services, brands, and ideas. I would
always specifically write for the clients' target audience so that my content would be read and
understood. I would brainstorm with the creative team about copy ideas. This particular event
helped us to bring out unique content for the clients. Part of my job was to do intense research to
develop unique and fresh ideas and content to appeal to the target market.

Findings & Discussion

During the hours and months of my internship, I have discovered a lot about myself. I developed
skills in in-depth research and time-management in completing content for a short period. These
skills taught me how to be more reliable and mature in the corporate world. Aside from the latter,
working with other employees taught me to value teamwork and other's decisions. Although I find
writing and balancing relationships with employees hard as an intern, I believe they are some of the
crucial aspects that developed my communication skills.

Conclusion & Recommendations

All in all, my experience working as a copywriter in Advertising Sprout has developed a lot of skills in
me. My internship experiences were vital in my development as a copywriter. I will be glad to share
and apply my acquired skills in my next position. 

Recommendations

Although working in Advertising Sprout was one of the reasons why I am good at researching and
writing today, I still believe that I need to improve my creative skills in terms of advertising and
marketing products, ideas, and services.
