This lesson also infers the connection of the different factors of production in the development of a

national economy and in the everyday lives of individuals. Since production is the process of creating
new items with the help of different factors, this lesson helps the students understand and analyze why
teamwork is needed for the success of an event. Because everything is unique and has its own function,
different factors with different functions make a significant contribution. This factor also wants to imply
that citizens and government should work hand in hand for the betterment of people's lives. Solving
problems would be easier with teamwork, thus creating and innovating new products for the citizens.
Furthermore, as teamwork requires us to socialize and communicate with different people, the
relationships between each individual improve. Promoting teamwork isn’t only about distributing
workloads; it is also a way for the teacher to help their students learn and work collaboratively on the
lesson.

In promoting teamwork, activities shouldn’t be individual. I need to consider creating and formulating
activities that require collaborative work, as this lesson will be more effective if the students study it
together. As a teacher, I should not only focus on one side but aim for the holistic development of my
students. These group activities teach them to communicate, socialize, and cooperate with the other
people they work with. Furthermore, these activities would assist them in mastering the lesson through
teamwork. Group activities also welcome their creativity, the higher chances of productivity, more
opportunities for growth, and increased potential for innovation. They can also solve community and
economic problems as they are unique and share common objectives. Students can use each other’s
skills and knowledge to create solutions that are practical and useful in their daily lives.
