Factors of production are part of the local and international economy, teaching this

lesson to the learners will help them develop their professional skills. Some students are

rooting to be entrepreneur and business men/women someday. So, for them to be equipped

as early as their age, teachers must include this lesson for them to fully grasp the idea of how

the production works inside and outside of the country's economy. Furthermore, they need to

have a foundation of knowledge in which they can use as the basis of the future lessons that

they will learn. In this way, they can improve their skills and collect more wisdom regarding

business and economics, which could really help them be ready for a job in the nearest future.

Lastly, most of the businesses in the 21st century are accepting applicants which will

contribute to the betterment of their companies and not just by having more labor force.

Being knowledgeable about the opportunities that an employee should have is really

important to know, and to be able to attain that, it should be introduced to everyone that can

be in the way of providing materials for them to read and study. For providing instructional

material for them to have readings, there are some things that need to come first. Employees

are part of those instruments that help a country develop and grow; therefore, we need to

consider their different roles in our society to introduce them well to the reader of the materials

or the learners. Then, teachers should relate the work, skills, and opportunities to the existing

work that we have now and also to the dream jobs of each student to help them have a basic

knowledge of the work that they want to do in the near future. And lastly, everything, or each

work, should be known regardless of the salary and how society looks at it because everything

can change, which is why each work is important and needed and learners should be aware

of that. Introduce and discuss everything and the reality in their instructional materials

because, aside from giving them knowledge, we are also making them aware of the

opportunities that each job should have and achieve because that is what each employee's

rights in life and in society
