    This is in line with the lacking entry for time in/out on my printed Biometric
    attendance for the period covering February 16 -28, 2022. The undersigned would
    like to justify that my fingerprint had been scanned by the biometric system and
    likewise logged in the log book on the aforesaid period.

    Respectfully request consideration based on the above-stated reason. Copy of the


    Logbook attached to DTR as reference.
