Greetings!

The College of Engineering and Industrial Technology will be conducting its CEIT Days on
March 13-14, 2015. As part of the program, there will be a parade in the city proper on March 13, 2015
at 8:00 AM.

In connection to this, we would like to ask for your permission to allow the ROTC band
members particularly those who have no classes in the morning to join with us during the parade.

Attached is the letter approved by the NSTP Coordinator and the list of students who will be
joining the parade. However, those who have classes are not required to join on the said activity.
