 Hibiscus Camp is a Resort located in Tigaon, Camarines Sur. It is also called as "The Little
Baguio of Bicol" because it resembles the Kennon Road that was located in Baguio City. This resort
in in the slope of Mt. Isarog that's why the temperature of this place is kinda cold. This place is perfect
for those people who wants to have bonding with their family or to experience relaxation and rest
themselves while looking to the breathtaking view of Bicol.
It was once a private family resthouse then soon open for public since it went viral. The Camp was
derived from the favorite flower of the owner, which is the scientific term of gumamela. It is a tiny
cabin surrounded by flowers, and guests can cool off in one of their three pools while taking in the
tranquil scenery of nature.

of different sections, where you can find more information about Hibiscus Camp- such as About,
Gallery, Services, Cottage rentals, and more. In those section we can also see at the left part the logo
of Hibiscus Camp and at the right part where the “Book a Room” is placed.
About
In this section, you will see a brief but encouraging information about the said establishment.
Cottage Rentals
In this section, you will see actual ranging amounts of the rooms that you can avail.
Services
This section will be the most viewed part, since a lot of tourists will want to know what kind of
services will they experience once they decided to go to Hibiscus Camp. Lots of amenities were
displayed here including pools, free wi-fi and more.
Gallery
This section will be the second most viewed part, since after tourist find some great services, they will
check how does it look in picture first. In this section, you will see different views of Hibiscus Camp,
other than gallery you will also see some feedbacks of tourists from their visit at Hibiscus Camp.
Contact
This is where the website will be more useful, tourists eventually want to contact the Hibiscus Camp
for more questions or inquiry, in here, they can just type what they want to ask like booking or for the
place itself. The website will eventually answer the said inquiry via email or contact the tourist
through the contact that they gave.
Book a Room
This section is where we can determine if the website has a great impact to tourists. If they clicked
this, it means they are pleased at what they saw and the informations within the website, also the
replies from the inquiries. The website is effective and it purposely made for easier booking and to
have a non over the counter interactions.

Nowadays, technology have been keeping up with the needs and wants of people. In tourism and
hospitality industry, there are a lot of services that needs to have an interaction within the staffs and
customers such as booking a reservation or even paying for their reservation. Moreover, the reason
behind choosing this establishment is we found out that it doesn’t have any online
reservation/booking site. Since it was a resthouse before, the owner should have its own website to
connect with possible guests, where s/he can answer frequently asked questions regarding Hibiscus
Camp and also to monitor reservations/booking in Hibiscus Camp.
