Inference & Summary
• The BIM visualization helps in understanding the construction procedure materials usage of places.
• The Quantity required for the construction
• Future imagination of how the building looks like
• Study of the path of travel helps us to identify the distance of travel of people from one place to other
• So by this we can modify the layout accordingly and save travel time.
• The study of the BIM model we were able to identify Total Built-Area: of 657275 sq. ft.
• Basement for all the blocks were combined and the diaphragm wall was up to basement one and a retaining wall is
being constructed over the diaphragm wall.
• BIM Model helps to identify the problems that might occur in the future it is also helpful in the future to identify the
problem source.
• BIM model helps in understanding the quantity requirement of the future ordering of materials that could be planned
from this exercise.
